The Transparency Act is intended to promote companies’ respect for human rights and decent working conditions, as well as ensure public access to information. Nordic Crane AS is covered by section 3 (a) no. 1-3 of the Transparency Act.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nordic Crane strives to ensure accountability in our operations in connection with delivery of our services. This is made clear by our sustainability policy and ethical guidelines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our mapping of supply chains and business partners is based on the OECD’s model for due diligence. This includes a risk-based approach to assessing compliance with human rights and safeguarding decent working conditions at our suppliers and business partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nordic Crane’s supply chain has several links and subcontractors who in turn have their own supply chains. This requires a prioritisation in the due diligence assessment. We prioritise based on an assessment of the risk (type and extent) for potential and actual negative consequences for human rights and decent working conditions. This is an ongoing process, and in accordance with the purpose of the Transparency Act.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through our continued prioritised assessments, we will seek to identify, prevent\/avoid and reduce potential and actual negative impacts. This applies both internally in our business, in our supply chain and with our business partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The annual due diligence reports of Nordic Crane will be published on this page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Transparency Act gives everyone the right to ask companies for information on how they handle negative consequences on fundamental human rights and decent working conditions. Pursuant to the Transparency Act, everyone has the right to written information regarding how our business oversees actual and possible negative consequences related to human rights and decent working conditions in our supply chains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
