I Carlbergtunnelen, som er en del av det nye 10 km lange dobbeltsporet som Bane NOR (link) og MossIA (link) bygger mellom Sandbukta-Moss-S\u00e5stad, har vi den siste f\u00e5tt testet ut v\u00e5rt splitter nye jekkesystem, Enerpac JS250.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">I Carlbertunnelen brukes det unike systemet som en del av forberedelsene til st\u00f8ping av ferdig tunnelprofil. Jekkestasjonene mates med \u00abkassetter\u00bb, som \u00abl\u00f8ftes\u00bb opp inntil \u00f8nsket h\u00f8yde. Hver jekk tar 250 tonn og kan heves 10 meter uten problemer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Systemet gir flere fordeler:<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"eplus-wrapper wp-block-list eplus-styles-uid-cbe004\">\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">St\u00f8rre effektivitet sammenlignet mot tradisjonelle jekkesystemer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">St\u00f8rre kontroll over vekt\/trykk og l\u00f8ft (slagkontrollert system)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Systemet er elektrisk og man slipper store dieselaggregat og hydraulikslanger<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">P\u00e5 dette prosjektet var Simon, Marit og Aleksander p\u00e5 plass som jekkeansvarlige.
